What is the secret to burning body fat?

What is the secret to getting your first strict pull up or burning body fat?

CONSISTENCY.

Here are my 3 tips for staying consistent...

1. Train with others. Surround yourself with people that have similar interests and goals as you do. People that will understand your love/hate relationship with burpees.

2. Make sure you enjoy what you do and it challenges you. Some days will be harder than others, absolutely, but overall you should enjoy what you do.

3. Find a good coach. Someone that will keep you accountable and be able to tweak the program when needed so you don't flatten out.
