Welcome Coach Zee & Coach Lauren to the BIOCF Coaching Team!

Zee and Lauren have just completed the @bringitoncrossfit Coach Development Program and I am very excited to have them on the BIOCF team.

Zee has been a member at BIOCF since 2017 and Lauren joined our community in 2018. Over the last 4 months Zee & Lauren have been training, learning and developing their skills and knowledge in CrossFit Coaching and have now graduated to become BIOCF coaches!

Both Zee & Lauren have also completed their Level 1 CrossFit Accreditation and are ready to jump in and start helping you crush your health & fitness goals 😊
