  • Unlimited Group Training at Bring It On CrossFit with classes Monday to Saturday. Access to the BIO CrossFit program where you will learn to move better, burn calories and build lean muscle.

  • Daily Healthy Habit Scorecard + Weekly Check Ins - This is where we can track your progress, keep you accountable and build long-term healthy habits.

  • My Fitness Pal Food Tracking and Nutrition Advice so you continue to eat for your training goals.

  • Access to the BIOCF private Facebook Group and incredibly supportive BIOCF community.

  • Weekly emails and special content focusing on you building sustainable healthy habits and a stronger mindset to crush your health and fitness goals.

  • Pre & Post Fitness Testing. We pick a workout in week 1 and re-do it in week 8 to see if you can beat your results!
