    Are you new to CrossFit? We have put together this kickstart pack for all CrossFit Beginners looking to fast-track their introduction into the world of CrossFit workouts learning everything from movement mechanics to the methodology behind what we do. The pack includes 4 weeks of unlimited classes (7 day free trial included) plus 4 x ONE on ONE 45 minute Personal Training sessions with our incredible coaches.

  • No Sweat Intro

    If you are unsure about starting and want some more information then book in for a No Sweat Intro. This is a 20 minute one on one with one of our coaches where we will give you a tour of the gym, explaining how it all works and what to expect in class. We will also use this time to get to know you, your training goals and background and help provide a plan to help you get you to where you want to be.
