Ebonie is our BIOCF Member of the Month for June 2023! Congrats Ebonie Lee! 😊

All the coaches at the box have been very impressed by Ebonie’s dedication and work ethic over the last 2-3 months at BIOCF. She has a good attention to detail and takes on coaching instruction really well. Ebonie is always in a positive mood, even at 5am which is impressive and is a pleasure to coach each week. Since starting with us in July last year Ebonie’s technique, strength and overall fitness has improved out of sight.
