In House Cup Recap!
Another awesome In House Cup is in the books!
We had an amazing turnout and the costumes were next level.
Well done to everyone who took part on the day and everyone that helped set up and trasition between workouts.
Congratulations to the VILLAINS who managed to hold onto victory after a late push by the HEROES.
I hope everyone had a great day and didn’t pull up too sore :)

Amazing Race 2.0
In case you missed it, the BIOCF Amazing Race 2.0 was an incredible day!
On Saturday 25th July we had 5 teams of 3 (and 1 team of 2) take on our 5km plus 5 workout Amazing Race Challenge!
The weather was perfect and everyone had a great day. Team Purple and Team Orange took out top honors, but a special mention needs to be made for Rachael & Ben, Team Yellow, who managed to complete the day, one teammate down.
Starting at Eastern Gardens, teams worked their way through 5 workouts, loads of Trivia questions and 5km of running, finishing at the BIOCF box. The BIOCF team then head out for a much needed and deserved lunch. Well done everyone!
