Bring It On CrossFit Turns 10 TODAY!

It is crazy to think we have been a CrossFit Affiliate now for 10 years!

We have created so many amazing memories along the way with so many incredible people.

Thank you to all the past & present BIOCF athletes that have helped create such a positive and welcoming culture at BIOCF. You all have made Bring It On CrossFit.

Some of my favorite memories have been the many In House Cups & Summer Showdowns we have run. We have had Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Amazing Races, Survivor, & 80’s music themed In House Cups just to name a few. All very fun!

The box has come along way since we became Affiliated in 2012 and I cannot wait to see where it goes to from here!
