Sarah Memorial WOD 2023
Join us on Friday September 15th 2023 for the annual Sarah Memorial Workout at Bring It On CrossFit with classes at 5am, 6am, 9:30am, 5pm & 6pm. We complete the Sarah WOD each year to remember and honor one of our dearest and greatest friends Sarah Russell. The workout also aims to raise awareness and funds for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation.

Let's do this! Join Team Bring It On CrossFit as we Push For Better Mental Health through The Push-Up Challenge 2023.
The Push-Up Challenge has participants completing 3,144 push-ups over 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. It all kicks off on June 1st.
