Join us for MURPH this Friday

This Friday the 11th November is Remembrance Day and at Bring It On CrossFit that means completing a HERO WORKOUT to show our respects. We HERO WOD to remember and honour the memory of those who served, are currently serving, and those we have lost to the cause.

Come and join us for the HERO WORKOUT MURPH.

For Time:

1.6km Run

100 x Pull Ups

200 x Push Ups

300 x Squats

1.6km Run

*wear a 9/6kg weight vest if you have one.

There will be scaling options so all fitness levels welcome.

Normal class schedule will apply with classes at 5am, 6am, 9:30am, 5pm & 6:30pm.
