Stay off the screen and go to sleep

According to the Sleep Foundation electronic devices such as computers and phones can interfere with sleep by suppressing the production of melatonin, a natural hormone released in the evening to help you feel tried and ready for sleep.

Electronic screens emit short-wave length enriched light known as blue light which is linked to increases in the amount of time it takes someone to fall asleep.

Try avoid using any electronic screen at least 30 minutes before bed.

Creating a bedtime routine that is completely screen free from start to finish is a great idea.

It may also help to set screen time limits and create new bedtime rituals and habits like reading a book, journaling, or relaxing with a guided meditation or yoga session.

Stay off the screen and go to sleep :)
