Bring It On CrossFit is turning Eleven!

Join us on Saturday 9th September for our BIRTHDAY WORKOUT!

We are turning 11 here at Bring It On CrossFit and would love for you to join us for our annual birthday WOD.

Last year we completed 10 rounds for time and since we are turning 11 this year we have upped it to 11 rounds!

The workout is...

11 Rounds For Time:

12 x Air Squats

9 x Ground to Overhead @ 40/30

20 x Double Unders

12 x Burpees Over Bar

Classes will be at 6:30am & 7:30am.
