Consistency is the key to success in the gym and kitchen, but how do we build consistency?

Long term consistency comes down to small everyday habits, the little things that add up to the big things down the line.

Rather than focus on training 5 days per week, start by concentrating on what you can do to make getting to the gym easier tomorrow.

This might include going to bed 15 minutes earier the night before, laying out your workout gear ahead of time, and messaging a workout buddy or booking in for class the day before to keep you more accoutable.

By focusing on these smaller habits it will increase your chances of getting to the gym tomorrow, and then again the next day, and the next day, and so on.

Do these small habit each day, if you miss a day, make sure to bounce back the next day and continue building a streak.

The longer you keep this up, focusing onthe smaller habits you do daily, the easier it will be to be consistent.
