CrossFit is a powerful tool to change people’s lives for the better, and when applied well to an aging athlete, the effects are profound. Starting Monday 29th May we will programming a Masters RX version of the days workout.
Should I be Strength Training as I get older?
As we get older we need to adjust our Training Mindset. Our training focus should be on living our best life, long into old age.
Regular, well-coached and consistent Strength Training is a big part of that "best life" and helping to combat the effects of ageing.
